Why heat-setting Puff Paint?

Unlike competitive products, Tulip Puff Paints do not require heat to cure or remain permanent on your fabrics or any other substrate.

If you purchased the finish Puffy or Velveteen, instructions might have you add heat/steam to your paint to cause it to puff into a more cloud-like matte finish.
