What you need:

Tulip Dimensional Paint Metallics
Ribbon
Ziploc Bag

Place pattern inside of bag and press down on bag to remove any air.

Place the ribbon above the pattern, secure ends with tape. Use desired dimensional paint colors to fill in the designs. Allow to dry overnight.
